1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, creating an account, or using Stack AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not prohibited from accessing or using the App under applicable law; and (d) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

Stack AI is an informational and organizational tool only. Nothing in the App, and no feature, output, content, calculation, estimate, score, chart, reminder, alert, or vial graphic, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, prescription guidance, or clinical guidance of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Stack AI does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Stack AI does not recommend substances, dosages, schedules, or protocols
• Stack AI does not sell, distribute, or promote the purchase of any peptides, medications, or supplements
• All features — including but not limited to active peptide tracking ("Stack"), schedules and reminders, dose logging, injection site tracking, body heatmap, weight tracking, progress photos, dose history calendar, medication level estimates ("Current Level" / PK Estimator), reconstitution calculator, and stack sharing — are for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only
• You will consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions
• Use of the App is entirely at your own risk

No Professional Relationship. Use of the App does not create any physician-patient, healthcare provider-patient, advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Stack AI.

Emergency Situations. Stack AI is not designed for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency services immediately.

HIPAA. Stack AI is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The App is not designed to store or process protected health information (PHI). You are discouraged from submitting sensitive medical information beyond what is necessary to use the App's tracking features. If you choose to submit such information, you do so at your own risk, and Stack AI does not guarantee that it will be treated as PHI under applicable law.

3. Use of the App & User Responsibility

Stack AI is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 years of age or older. If we learn a user is under 18, their account may be terminated and data deleted.
